Ursula in Islip Musicals The Little Mermaid

This past weekend Tyler performed as Ursula in Disney's The Little Mermaid at Islip High School as apart of the select Performing Arts Class cast. Under the direction of Dr. Rich Harris Junior Tyler and her castmates performed for the past few months in preparation for this performance.

The Islip Arts Council Teeny Awards Nominated Tyler for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical for her Performance as Ursula.

It was such a thrill to delve into the character of such an infamous Disney Villain played by so many strong actresses before her. Tyler especially shined in the iconic villainous songs by Alan Mencken & Howard Ashman.
