Broadway Workshop: The Lion King

During Islip High School's annual Performing Arts Trip, select students from the Performing Arts Class (including Tyler) attended a Broadway Workshop at Pearl Studios led by a member of the Broadway Company of Disney's The Lion King. At this workshop a musical director instructed the group vocally on the piece "He Live's In You" from the show-then students were taught choreography by a member of the company's Ensemble. Following their performance, the group was invited to ask Q&A questions to cast members in attendance at the Workshop. That same night, the Performing Arts Class went to go see The Lion King on Broadway.
